Pros
On the surface, it complies with the Labor Standards Act, but employees are privately pressured to work overtime and are not allowed to apply for compensatory leave.
Cons
What was discussed in the interview was completely different from reality
Extremely bureaucratic
The turnover rate is EXTREMELY HIGH, EXTREMELY HIGH
There is constant scheming and infighting; just keeping up with their games is exhausting
The overall average age is quite high
