I don't know the pros at all yet
Cons
Relying on HR is really messing with people. I've submitted my résumé several times.
They call every time, but each time it only rings once before hanging up~ When I call back, I don't even know who to look for.
Does HR actually want to recruit people or not? Or are they just putting on a show?
