Pros
There probably aren't many. The company is really stingy.
Cons
The company doesn't comply with the Labor Standards Act. There's a mountain of work and we work overtime every day, not to mention the overtime pay. The company's profits are all squeezed out of frontline employees. All I can say is, what a shady company!
Also, the company is really! HOT! Recently, they even made us wear uniforms that aren't very breathable. It really couldn't get any worse.
