The atmosphere at the headquarters is very comfortable. Filling out the company résumé form on an iPad saves time. Before the interview, you have to complete a competency assessment, which takes about 30 minutes to finish. They place considerable emphasis on candidates’ competency development.

1) The interviewer was very rude. They did not greet me or introduce themselves, and even after the interview, I still did not know their name.

2) The interview questions filled a thick booklet and basically amounted to an investigation into my personal and family background: whether my parents worked at large companies, whether I had a girlfriend, how long ago we broke up, why I did not have a girlfriend, what my girlfriend did for a living, and so on. This made me uncomfortable, and these matters were unrelated to job performance.

3) Their attitude was arrogant and narrow-minded. They believed the company’s systems were well established and its benefits were excellent, and refused to believe that other companies could offer better benefits than theirs.

Conclusion: Outdated, old-school manufacturing-industry thinking that wastes time.
