If you're considering joining as a floor manager, I strongly advise you to think twice. Ever since a senior manager parachuted in from another department store at the beginning of the year, everything has changed....

In the less than six months since she arrived, five or six floor managers have left one after another (in the previous two years, only around three had left).

This is because she frequently makes unclear decisions, forgets what she herself has said, repeatedly discusses decisions that have already been made in meetings, is always unable to grasp the situation, only talks without taking action, and whenever something goes wrong, can only tell her subordinates to swallow it and endure it.

Yet she cannot even clearly explain what responsibilities her own subordinates are in charge of, let alone stand up for her department.

Since she arrived, the department has had to take on more and more of the dirty work that other departments do not want to do.

Most importantly, she has no professionalism whatsoever. There are many well-known brands that she does not recognize and does not want to spend any effort learning about.

She can repeatedly shout in the office, “What does xxx sell?” and “What the hell is this?”

She is also completely disrespectful when speaking to her subordinates, often addressing them as “young master,” “young lady,” or “little minion.”

Working with her really requires a great deal of self-restraint....
