1. On the day of the interview, the supervisor stood me up. If an interview cannot be arranged because the supervisor is unavailable, please say so in advance when the time is being scheduled. Do not wait until the applicant arrives for HR to say that the interviewing supervisor is not there, wasting the applicant’s time and money. As a result, another employee conducted the interview, and they ultimately asked me to schedule another time to interview with the supervisor. When they called again later, I declined to interview with the company. This was very disrespectful to the applicant.

2. The starting salary is not high. There is no allowance for day-shift rotation, and the night-shift allowance is pitifully low. No wonder people are unwilling to go; employee turnover is very high.

3. They require many skills and want to use low pay to find someone who can do everything, yet they are unwilling to pay even a little more.
