The supervisor is mindless and bizarre.
I went to interview for a position in the Nanqiao Xiaochu department today. The supervisor was a special assistant named Wu, Chen Feilong. The interview lasted a little over an hour, and about 70% of the time was spent listening to this supervisor talk about how impressive he was. A textbook case of an inflated ego. This was the first time throughout my interviews that I had encountered such an exaggerated situation; it made me feel extremely uncomfortable! It didn't really feel like a large company—there was a serious amount of grandstanding and empty promises, as if everyone were interviewing for the first time... How could someone like this be hired as a supervisor? President Chen must be out of his mind...
