The Medical Affairs Office is a very bad department. For frontline work (e.g., the reception desk), the pay is already very low, and you also have to deal with a bunch of unreasonable customers every day. The deputy supervisor (deputy director) is also a terrible supervisor. Many of the clerks and medical records office staff have terrible attitudes, and there are not many other friendly employees either, so think carefully before joining this department.
The Medical Affairs Office's part-time student workers do the same work as full-time employees. The work is already extremely demanding, but the pay is more than NT$10,000 less than full-time employees' pay, and they do not receive full-time employee benefits.
