康和皇家生活事業股份有限公司
Pros

As a subsidiary of Les Enphants, the compensation and benefits are naturally nothing to complain about. However, the company has an extremely high turnover rate. It is quite suitable as a transitional job while looking for your next position, but I would not recommend staying for the long term.

Cons

The company’s departments currently operate independently, and there is serious infighting. The conflict has become so severe that the company is nearly falling apart.

On top of that, the gap between departments is deeper than the Mariana Trench. They constantly undermine one another behind the scenes, while upper management does not actively intervene. Whenever results are poor, blame is immediately placed on the department involved rather than on the responsible individual, eventually leading to a situation where, whenever a manager is brought down, the entire department is eliminated.

As a frontline employee, your authority to execute decisions is almost entirely taken away by managers. When frontline employees offer opinions, if a manager considers them contrary to their own views, they are immediately suppressed or the content is deliberately distorted. As a result, the expected outcomes cannot be achieved, while upper management merely says that employees should be more forceful and never helps with communication.

The company only cares about whether it can make money in the short term and barely invests in building its brand reputation. Over time, this has led to a steady decline in customers. They then blame someone for not trying hard enough and pass the buck around, making the infighting even worse.

Upper management also engages in extensive infighting by relying on its power and influence, rather than fulfilling its role in running the company.

The final result is that all the experienced and capable people leave, while those with power continue to fight among themselves. The company is completely unable to unite.
