亞比斯包材工場股份有限公司
Pros

1. Free parking (the location is remote)

2. Most colleagues are easy to get along with

Cons

1. A standard exploitative family business from this island nation, with very closed-minded thinking and limited horizons

2. No clear professional responsibilities or so-called division of labor. You are expected to do whatever they feel like assigning you, and may even be told to travel abroad at short notice

3. The environment is very poor—dirty and disorderly, with a high risk of injury

4. The Administration Department deducts leave and wages according to its own discretion. You need to check the calculations carefully when you receive your pay stub

5. The base salary is very low, and wages are sometimes paid late without explanation (the company seems to feel it owes employees no explanation)

6. There are a huge number of company LINE groups. The boss lectures everyone in the groups regardless of weekends or evenings, and likes sending articles and videos in simplified Chinese, requiring everyone to read them and share their thoughts

7. Employees are often forced to accept things through coercive tactics. Whenever there is anything to communicate on weekends or in the evening, they insist on reaching you; many people will even join in and harass you relentlessly until you respond

8. They consider overtime to be expected. If you do not work overtime, they say you are not taking your job seriously. People who clock out on time are often criticized behind their backs, and they may deliberately claim that they needed to find you but that you were never there

9. Management and senior employees take the lead in spreading rumors and stirring up trouble

10. If you do not fight hard for many things, they will brush them aside—for example, overtime pay, business-trip expenses, and business-trip duration (they may send you on a trip without telling you when you can return)

11. The company itself has no clear decision-making direction, and backtracking and self-contradiction happen frequently

12. There is no management ability. The same problems keep recurring, and every day is spent endlessly arguing among internal staff, vendors, and customers

13. They force employees to install two or more communication apps and bombard them nonstop

14. They show absolutely no respect for employees and have poor manners

15. They probe for competitors’ information during interviews
