1. The boss is a very thoughtful person who constantly adapts to the market (but is perhaps too thoughtful, as decisions often change from one day to the next).

2. The work environment is good.

1. There is really hardly any year-end bonus (and no overtime pay), so it is extremely disappointing to get your hopes up. The boss will tell you about the vision for your current work, but the market is brutal. (This cannot entirely be blamed on the company, since the company is not making money and everyone knows how many customers are actually making purchases. But why is there still money to set up a company café? I do not understand.)

2. The editorial department faces pressure to produce a certain amount of content. Since the work is based on a responsibility system, if you do not finish your drafts properly, you can only take them home. Sometimes you are also assigned tasks outside your job scope. (The staff are relatively young, so what they say often lacks professionalism and is frequently shot down. Real expertise is simply whatever the person who pays you says is expertise.)

3. There is no real time off. You must finish your portion of the work each day, and because staffing is limited, the substitute system is difficult to implement.

4. The company hopes you can offer innovative and constructive suggestions, but ultimately you are still the boss's obedient tool. Some procedures lack SOPs, responsibility for dealing with customers is unclear, and things are sometimes allowed and sometimes not. Every day there is a different “landmine” waiting for you to step on.
