The instruments and equipment are well-equipped, with abundant resources.
Simply put, they expect the horse to run without letting it eat grass!
They cannot retain good talent, nor do they want to! Everything is taken for granted!
The more you do, the more you gain—not necessarily. So why do more??
An extremely large number of people have this mindset!
Over time, their attitude toward handling matters, as well as their efficiency, cannot possibly be very high!
They clock in and out on time every day, and still receive their salaries as usual! Whether they do more or less makes no difference!
Whenever something happens, they start shifting the responsibility!
Other people's matters are not my matters; my matters are still someone else's matters! It is never my matter!
The company has not just been established recently, yet many bad practices are holding back its overall development!
Its scale and revenue could definitely be bigger and better! But that is not the reality!
Regarding negative reviews, it would be better to handle matters properly and appropriately!
If you conduct yourself uprightly and have nothing to hide, why fear negative reviews? Is there really a need to deliberately delete negative reviews?!
Follow the correct rules in everything, and positive reviews will naturally come!!!
Taking shortcuts and using underhanded methods means negative reviews will never be deleted completely!!!
