I suppose the endless free samples you can’t finish.
You’re working practically 24/7, with absolutely no quality of life.
One moment you’re checking LINE, the next answering your phone, then responding to emails.
(I can accept being this busy during work hours, but could you please not do this while I’m sleeping after work too?)
They require you to clock out as soon as your scheduled hours end, then continue working, with no overtime pay.
Even days off are assigned very rigidly, with no flexibility.
The supervisors also seem to enjoy deliberately undermining your confidence.
They’ll tell you upfront that you’re not suited for the job and ask you to resign voluntarily.
Even if you ignore them, you can keep working and nothing will happen.
Then the store manager is also extremely self-important.
Anything that goes right is credited to her, while anything that goes wrong means the store employees have to pay out of pocket.
If sales targets aren’t met, she directly berates you in front of customers; there are even rules about how many centimeters of tape you’re allowed to use.
That would be bad enough, but the supervisors are also very self-important,
thinking their positions make them so important.
They often make cutting remarks and criticize people indirectly.
Even when I was leaving, someone from HR told me another little story that made me uncomfortable.
I don’t understand what the point was???? I wasted my youth here for nothing.
