None at all
I wrote a whole bunch before, but now it’s all gone, and I can’t be bothered to type it all again ==
To put it simply, I worked at this company for less than three months and witnessed all kinds of scheming, pettiness, bootlicking, and extremely inefficient ways of working. Don’t be fooled by what looks like a beautiful, innovative company environment. The boss keeps emphasizing that they work according to foreign practices. Oh, indeed, on the surface it’s ABC, but at heart, the boss is a standard Taiwanese-style business owner.
By all means… by all means… don’t go there.
