Monthly salary paid on time, flexible working hours, and overtime pay is easy to earn.
There are two leaders at the top of the company, one old and one young. The older one comes up with bad ideas, while the younger one provides the money plus bad ideas. One plays the bad cop, and the other is also the bad cop. They play off each other like characters in a TV drama, verbally humiliating employees every day and pressuring them until they resign.
Oh, and as a victim, I believe this company’s turnover rate ranks among the top three of all small and medium-sized enterprises in Taichung. I urge anyone considering applying for a job to think twice!
If you are in the sales department, the agreed-upon bonus system will only be a black box, because the company will keep cutting the amount, and although bonuses are supposed to be paid on the 15th of each month, payment will be repeatedly delayed on the grounds that the boss has not approved it or that the owner’s relatives who handle the payments are traveling abroad.
If you work at the factory, the people managing it are like gangsters, and there may be concerns for your personal safety. Think very carefully before applying!
