The factory needs materials but doesn’t have them; the boss is reluctant to buy materials. Every time, sales pressures us about the delivery date, but we’re completely unable to give sales an accurate timeframe. The barrel wall is only 10 mm thick, so it’s bursting all the time, and we’re exhausted from handling customer complaints. The tools are poor too—don’t blame us for having poor technical skills. Saving a little money ends up costing a lot. It’s not that we don’t do the work; without materials, how are we supposed to do it? Now a large number of sales staff have left, and the outlook is worrying.
