The salary for entry-level employees is surprisingly generous.
The general manager controls everything, and the managers below them have very little actual authority.
Things are a complete mess.
Today they say something is important; tomorrow they immediately reverse course and say to stop what you’re doing and deal with this project first.
The general manager also always talks about how many years of experience they have,
but what they say is always enough to make you think, “Are you serious?”
They show very little respect for professional expertise.
In addition, this company seems to lean toward a culture of flattery (personal impression).
People who speak loudly aren’t necessarily more capable.
The above is purely my personal impression.
You can join and savor the experience for yourself.
