The interview manager had absolutely no understanding of the profession; people are hired casually after a perfunctory interview.
Extremely harsh toward employees, with virtually no benefits. The company cafeteria (an organic banana costs NT$38 each) is more than seven times as expensive as outside.
EBU has far too many people coasting toward retirement and is utterly uncompetitive (it survives solely by relying on New Kinpo Group to feed it orders). The company is only suitable for people aged 40+ to go there to coast toward retirement and occupy positions.
The processes are extremely inadequate, and the engineering quality is poor.
