People are generally quite friendly; regardless of who they are, they greet everyone they meet.
1. New hires already have a lot of exams during training. In addition to basic product identification, they must memorize the company’s philosophy and the advantages of its products word for word. After new-hire training, there is a major exam every six months, and everyone in the company has to take it, including warehouse staff and drivers. It seems you only stop having to take the exams once you reach associate director level.
2. Regardless of the department, people never leave work on time. They don’t even leave on time during new-hire training. Working overtime is the norm for them; you might even be regarded as an oddball if you don’t work overtime.
