There aren't really any advantages.

A family-run company. If they don't want to employ you, they'll come up with all kinds of reasons. In reality, they simply prefer new employees and want to force out existing staff without paying severance, so they find various pretexts to pressure you into transferring to an assistant role doing miscellaneous tasks. The turnover rate is extremely high—three managers left within six months, not to mention the regular staff. The organizational chart changes every month; I don't even want to look at it anymore.
