All colleagues are recent graduates

They are very good at making grand promises, blindly follow mainland China, and never take the employees' perspective. They like to recruit fresh graduates entering the workforce, then, inevitably, when mistakes occur during the job, they fire the fresh graduates. And so the cycle continues endlessly: constantly laying people off and constantly hiring!

If you want to be mistreated, you can join. If you want to work with dignity, I don't recommend it!
