1. The division of work is very clear (there are no instances of people shirking responsibility)
2. The environment is nice and clean
3. Employee meals are inexpensive
4. Work efficiency will improve by 2,000%

6. You learn a lot of English used in the IKEA world
7. Your English improves (because all the paperwork is in English)
8. Sometimes there are interesting (?) classes available (it varies from person to person)
1. High-quality work is required in every aspect, but overtime pay is not provided under the responsibility system
2. Supervisors do not think the workload is too heavy; instead, they complain that everyone is inefficient
(Someone who has worked for a year saying they are unfamiliar with the work and inefficient is okay, but someone who has worked for three years is still inefficient? I’m speechless.)
