Pros
If you want to wait until retirement and just coast along, this is definitely the top choice.
Cons
Senior management is hidebound, doing whatever comes to mind without any future planning.
Promotions move at a snail’s pace, salary adjustments are nowhere in sight, and cross-departmental communication is extremely inefficient. They are exceptionally skilled at bureaucratic jargon, making this unsuitable for today’s rapidly changing society.
