The company is in Taipei 101, so you get a great view while working and see the city lights after work.
It looks like a foreign company on the outside, but its management style is essentially Taiwanese. If you don't have experience in the insurance industry, the starting salary is very low... HR will use “you don't have relevant industry or work experience” as a reason to cut your salary, so don't be fooled by the words “French company”... Moreover, this company takes “the customer is king” to an extreme. Whenever a customer files a complaint, they immediately handle the follow-up as a “special project” or “special case,” and the relevant departments are the ones who end up exhausted. Oh, right—overtime is the norm at this company....
