1. You learn absolutely nothing. When experienced clients ask questions and you are stumped, you still have to immediately change the subject!!
2. You have to pay a welfare fee every month, but you never feel that you know where the welfare fee is actually going!!
3. After submitting my resignation, I was asked to leave that very day. HR quickly processed my withdrawal from National Health Insurance and asked me to leave. At that moment, I was simply stunned.
From this boss, I learned: 【Keep the money in your own pocket; don’t let your employees earn it】!!
When an employee resigns, remember to follow up and claim payment for all your working hours, including any money that was underpaid!!
If your resignation overlaps with a Saturday or Sunday, make sure to claim that pay back too!!
A colleague once resigned, and the boss was still quibbling over payment for a few hours and for the weekend. After calculating it carefully, it only came to a few hundred or one or two thousand dollars. How could a boss be unable to pay such a small amount??
Anyone who has worked here is welcome to add more stories if you can~
If a friend asked me whether they should work at this company, I would say: Life and time are precious. If you really want to waste your life and time in a place with no future, then go ahead!!
