The work and salary are fairly reasonable, and the environment is good.
The company does not pay overtime.
During the interview, they presented themselves as positive, proactive, and willing to communicate. However, after actually working for one and a half months, they never mentioned any areas for improvement. Then, three days before the end of the month, they informed me that I was not a good fit (I was told before the end of work on Friday, and Monday was my last day). When I pressed for the reason, they only said that my personality was not suitable.
On my last day, I also discovered that a message I had sent to my supervisor the previous day requesting leave had not been read or answered, while two new employees had joined the company group chat. This made me suspect that the situation involved either nepotism or that they were seeking a better candidate while keeping me as a backup.
