The impression I got from the interviewer was that they kept emphasizing that the design department has to work overtime and that people in the design department are expected to leave work later. They also said that overtime should come from the mindset of getting things done properly, rather than asking to be paid for every hour worked, and then said that when you constantly need to work overtime, you should reflect on yourself rather than blame the company.

Are they talking nonsense? Employees should be paid the wages they are owed in the first place. They even admitted that the company's design department routinely leaves work late, so the party that really needs to reflect should be the company itself.

I asked for details about the beauty education and training and professional skills training listed under the employee benefits, but the interviewer was unable to explain them clearly. This area should be improved—how can they not even understand the information they listed themselves?
