Cons

This company is truly extremely demanding, with long hours and unpaid overtime. The people who stay are either those with families who cannot leave easily, or those who are older and unable to change jobs;

I stayed for a year and was constantly pressured to work overtime without pay, which was infuriating. In the end, I gave notice twenty days in advance (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act), yet they still forced me to have three additional days’ pay deducted. It still makes me furious. The HR employee, O-Wen, also helped management abuse their power, threatening me that if I did not do this, I would not even be able to receive my salary for the month in which I resigned. I later checked and found that this was simply impossible. Unfortunately, they had already coerced and pressured me into signing a voluntary resignation certificate. Thinking about it makes me furious.

Thinking about it, management and employees must have been united in taking advantage of their position to bully people who wanted to resign. I sincerely do not recommend subjecting yourself to this abuse.

The boss, Mr. Zeng, wants the company to become the strongest in the construction industry, but that will never be possible if the system does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Warehouse workers work an average of 1–2 hours of unpaid overtime, while sales staff and sales assistants work overtime until around 10 p.m. on average, also without pay. This is completely outrageous.
