The benefits system seems quite good (?)

The interview process is very cumbersome.

Resume screening (it took nearly a month after submitting my resume to receive an invitation to take the written test) → online written test (the test content was very detailed and required time to think through and complete) → phone interview with HR (questions about job responsibilities, reasons for leaving previous jobs, the most frustrating/unpleasant experience at work, the most creative thing you have done, etc.; there were a lot of questions) → interview with the HR manager (approximately 1.5 hours) → interviews with the department manager/colleagues.

During the interview, the other party mentioned that “professional skills are only a secondary requirement” and that the main requirements were ambition and proactiveness, yet they repeatedly asked whether I would continue studying in my professional field after work. This was genuinely quite puzzling.

They said there was no clear distinction between supervisors and subordinates, and that many things required supervisors and specialists to learn and grow together (?).

Regarding the situation on the day of the interview, the department had more interns than full-time employees, and it still appeared to be continuously recruiting interns online. I do not understand the actual reason why.

Both the office and the interview location were in a basement, resembling a coworking space. Although there were several small offices, most people seemed to be crowded into the same office. It was very quiet, felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the other unoccupied offices were also quite messy.

The address listed on the job bank was merely the company’s warehouse, not the office location.

I have to say that applying to this company was really time-consuming. There was also no response after the first interview. Although many companies in Taiwan are like this, the experience was indeed unpleasant, so everyone can consider this for themselves.
