Only a few days after starting at the company, I already felt that something was off.

They didn’t assign me any work and just left employees to fend for themselves.

P.S. I applied for an operator position at the Xinfeng plant.

During my four-day vacation, HR called me and asked me to go support the Qinghua plant.

But I felt that it was strange to go support them when I hadn’t learned anything yet.

Ah, on my very first day of support, I already felt that something was odd.

Why didn’t anyone introduce me to the inside of the company, such as the locations of the restrooms and cafeteria?

I had to ask other people to find out where everything was.

The team leader at the site I was supporting even asked me, “How come you don’t know how to do anything?”

“I saw you standing around here. You can’t just stand around.

You have to find something to do.” But I couldn’t see anything that I could actually do.

Then they told me to ask the foreign workers what I could help with.

They had me help arrange trays, placing the BGA substrates one by one onto the trays until they were full.

I repeated that same motion until the end of my shift.

A few days later, I was still doing the same thing.

Then the team leader told me that my movements were too slow and so on....

I was speechless. How fast was I supposed to be?

It felt awful. I came to help, my hands were sore as hell, and they still complained that I was too slow?

So damn frustrating.

No wonder that plant has hardly anyone applying, haha.
