1. The work atmosphere is relaxed and free, and everyone is pretty easy to get along with.
2. The supervisors are willing to teach, and since they’re relatively young, communication is smooth.
3. The benefits include everything they should, although they’re not exactly top-notch. At least they’re much better than those at many other companies.
4. Simply put, it’s a company where you can learn things (at least for sales).

1. Work is not allocated appropriately, and people sometimes pass the buck when handling matters.
2. The bonus system is extremely poor. You have to work yourself to death to close deals, and the bonus is still only a tiny amount............
3. Some senior managers love to make grandiose claims, talking about how great the vision is, but the actual situation is pretty terrible.
4. Sometimes they’ll stop at nothing to meet performance targets, requiring all kinds of conscience-defying sales pitches to get contracts signed. But in reality, the company can’t even afford to pay the vendors haha (Okay, I know a lot of companies may be like this haha).
