If you get hired here, I believe the other employees will definitely want to hand you a note that says, “Run.”

Through the company’s phone recording, computer, and camera surveillance, you can see just how insecure the people at the top of this company are.

Let me give you the conclusion first: this company has an extremely high turnover rate—so high that you can count the employees with more than one or two years of tenure on one hand. Here are the reasons:

The boss, who is in his forties, married a young wife in her twenties who is nearing thirty. The root of all the trouble is this parachuted-in boss’s wife. To quote a comment previously posted by another user: “This person is not good at solving problems or managing emotions, but is good at solving the people who raise problems or cause her emotional problems.” She throws all kinds of hysterical, unreasonable tantrums, even picking fights with vendors and damaging the company’s reputation in the process.

The reason someone this outrageous and incompetent can be part of the company’s management is that the boss is so eager to protect his young wife that he is spineless, simply giving in to his wife or staying silent. In my eyes, people like him are actually the most frightening, because he clearly knows what his wife has done to damage the company’s reputation externally and create a tense atmosphere internally, yet he just silently watches, never says a word, and even encourages it all to happen.

The company’s legal affairs department basically does nothing all day (though he is extremely idle anyway and has nothing to do). He only wanders around the office acting as an informant, then randomly reports trivial nonsense to the two people above him to win praise and approval. He barely handles any serious matters, and we still have to review, sign, and take responsibility for our own contracts. This person just runs approval forms around—what the hell, are you legal counsel or not? What a miserable life you have.

There is far too much to say; the above is only a rough introduction.

To tell whether a company is worth joining, you can get a general idea from its employee turnover rate. When have you ever seen this company have fewer job openings? Everything comes down to the people involved.

BTW, the company was formerly known as “Deyi International Trading” and later apparently changed its name to “Shidi Aoqi” because someone had ruined its reputation. Just letting you know.
