廣大工業股份有限公司
Pros

If you don't care about a fixed salary of 23K, working hard without receiving any bonuses, frequently putting in over 100 hours of overtime per month, and having a boss who is extremely difficult to deal with... then this job is quite challenging.

Cons

Position: Sales

1. Low salary: Starting at 23K, with a +1K increase after three months (which took five months to receive), a 1K perfect-attendance bonus, no other bonuses, and red envelopes for the three traditional holidays and year-end bonus.

2. Frequent overtime: Normally working until at least 9 p.m., and often being called in on weekends to help out, usually acting as a production worker to help with assembly or packing.

3. Wide-ranging duties: Handling both domestic and international sales, preparing all kinds of presentations, and even designing the company website and catalogs. Sometimes you also have to help look after the company's machinery.

4. The boss's babysitter: When the boss is bored, you have to chat with him while working (constantly flattering him), serve tea and coffee, sweep and mop the floors, help with worship rituals, act as his driver when going out, and let him criticize what is bad here and there in front of customers, all to maintain the boss's sense of superiority.

5. The boss has no credibility: He has never followed through on anything he has said. His classic lines include:

*No, that's what I promised you the month before last.

*It's perfectly normal not to be able to do something I promised. You need to get used to it.

*Didn't I tell you? That was because... Oh, you don't understand. What do young people know?

6. Bizarre system: You have to fill out tables recording "what you were doing from what time to what time"; the boss carefully reviews the entire day's records and then asks you about the details.

7. Inhumane break schedule: Break times are fixed: only five minutes each in the morning and afternoon, and 50 minutes at noon.

Those considering joining should think it over carefully. However, there's no harm in trying it out—after all, who hasn't been a disposable employee at some point?
