You’ll be happy if you’re genuinely interested in and passionate about the work.
Cons
1. The salary deductions are outrageous. 2. Although it is a tutoring-center system, most of the administrative staff lack sufficient professionalism. 3. The teaching staff vary greatly in quality; whoever steps on a landmine is simply unlucky. 4. Contract changes are announced through public notices. If you are three minutes late and fail to clock in, you will be fined a lot of money.
