The colleagues are fun.
Planning salaries are low, and working hours are unlimited. I’ve been shortchanged by the company on both pay and working hours... They love exploiting loopholes in the law. The managers are extremely pro-management and very good at helping the company save money, but they can’t advocate for employees’ rights from the employees’ perspective. They emphasize nepotism and favoritism; if things go well, they can wield considerable influence, but when things go badly, it’s always someone else’s fault, and they don’t care—they just make someone else take the blame. The managers lack accountability and even disappear during meetings to shirk responsibility.
