1. This is a company with fairly “standard” compensation. In terms of salary structure, business units receive a base salary plus bonuses, while supporting units receive a base salary plus a year-end bonus. Both follow the Labor Standards Act and provide overtime pay as required.
2. Because the work involves cases commissioned by banks, there are quite a few workplace control regulations that must be followed.
3. The job often involves dealing with customers’ negative emotions. The workload for debt collection is heavy, and to accommodate some customers’ schedules, fixed overtime in the evening is required. Overall, employee turnover is high.
