If you are someone who is not good at using your brain or whose mind has already become rigid, congratulations—this is a great place for you to retire, because only people who do not use their brains and never proactively offer ideas are welcome here. If you meet the above qualifications, you can stay here until the end of time—until you are afraid to move to your next company, or rather, you may find it difficult to move to another company because you have become too accustomed to simply following orders and have forgotten that you once possessed the ability to think. Who would dare hire you? Over time, you will become something society has discarded. But if all you want is a paycheck, welcome aboard!
The company has a department that is a major source of revenue. I watched helplessly as it fell from a high point, struggled back up, and has now become utterly stagnant. Perhaps I simply had a dream—let’s call it a nightmare. They have caused the company as a whole to deteriorate further and further... Ever since a heavyset female manager named the “savior”—or, more accurately, someone who considers herself a savior—joined the department, nothing has improved; in fact, things have gotten worse. Here is a specific list of her conduct:
1. She targets people rather than issues and judges matters with favoritism. If someone is on her side, everything they do is okay; no matter how much someone outside her circle does, it is never enough.
2. She arrives extremely late every day, goes out for a cigarette once every hour during work, and is very punctual when leaving.
3. She sidelines people she dislikes and brings in her own people.
4. She has no filter and constantly swears.
5. During meetings, whenever she encounters someone or something she dislikes or finds irritating, she rolls her eyes without hesitation and shows no respect for others.
6. She only criticizes and never offers her own ideas, contributing nothing to the department; she relies entirely on talking.
If you are planning to join this company’s “flagship brand” department, think twice.
Also, the company as a whole is essentially a retirement home. That can be either an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on the person.
There are hardly any benefits—everything is points-based. The only thing that remains now is the monthly birthday gathering...
