Clean and hygienic. If you work the morning shift, there are generally no major problems, and it’s quite easy.

1. If you work the evening shift, it is mostly a closing shift. There is a lot of cleaning to do <= the price of being clean and hygienic.

2. Every day, there will definitely be 15–30 minutes of unpaid time because the company manages labor very strictly, so there is no way to report those hours.

3. The company strictly manages both staffing and standards.

4. The company has its own evaluators and also hires outside companies to help with evaluations. They are constantly conducting evaluations (of product standards and cleanliness).
