Pros
The supervisor was very kind and friendly.
They decided on the spot whether to hire me.
Cons
The position was with the interview association.
The other senior manager who conducted the interview seemed more like they were conducting a background investigation.
There were relatively few questions about professional skills; most of the time was spent asking about my family background.
