There is a lunch break
Cons
High employee turnover, and supervisors frequently verbally abuse their subordinates.
Even when operations on site are running smoothly, supervisors often suddenly appear, start instructing employees on how to work, and loudly berate them.
This leaves employees mentally exhausted, leading them to resign.
