Convenient transportation

1. I had already been there for two weeks before they finally enrolled me in labor and health insurance. The company has two names; the other is Bo-x-te.

High employee turnover.

2. Overtime every day, with no overtime pay. The supervisors and the boss believe that employees choose to stay late voluntarily.

3. A family business. Basically, the supervisor has held the position of sales manager since birth. They also emphasize that employees have the opportunity to become supervisors.

4. We also had to buy lunch for them and run errands.

5. I applied for a graphic design position, but they had us work as package handlers, customer service representatives, warehouse staff, marketing staff, sales staff, and photographers—basically, one person had to handle everything.

6. They may deduct money from your salary because of poor performance, damaged products, and so on.

7. The salary was different from what was stated during the interview; in the end, they offered me only NT$21,000. The salaries of both senior and junior employees are almost all below NT$25,000.

8. The supervisor often assigns tasks without giving employees enough time. They keep calling you into the office and then insist that you finish the task today or tomorrow.

9. The supervisor and the boss contradict themselves. You must keep evidence because they will always think it is the employee’s fault.

10. You cannot carry your phone with you, and you cannot leave your bag beside your seat.

11. When management thinks something has gone wrong, their first reaction is to assume that the new employee caused it. After discovering that it was a misunderstanding, they will not say a single word of apology.

12. I often hear them criticize former employees for being incompetent.

13. After I had been there for about three weeks, a shipping employee went abroad. The supervisor said I was unfamiliar with the products and assigned me to shipping. From then until I resigned, I was working in shipping—even though I had applied for a graphic design position.
