Typical traditional manufacturing company culture
The atmosphere at work is serious and restrained
There is no comprehensive training
Which leads to disorganized work practices
Resulting in a vicious cycle where overtime becomes the norm
Supervisors sometimes also have no idea what is going on
The company uses “being given opportunities to grow” as an excuse
The actual work is vastly different from the position discussed in the interview
Put bluntly, you are simply taking on the tasks your colleagues do not want to do
Moreover, the internal management system is seriously problematic
The turnover rate in the department is extremely high
If you have your own ideas and come to work with a learning mindset
I advise you not to join
Do not be deceived by the halo of a large company
A massive red flag
