1. From time to time, there is afternoon tea or snacks. Each department has a fund for occasional group meals.
2. In addition to the bonuses for the three major holidays, there are also bonuses for Labor Day and other occasions.
1. There is no overtime pay for working overtime, nor can you exchange it for compensatory leave. Overtime between 17:30 and 19:00 does not count as overtime; after 19:00, you will be notified by phone to clock in before working overtime.
2. If you happen to be a R&D employee, you do not need to know just one area—you only need to be responsible for project management, quotations, structural design, styling, electronics fundamentals, optical analysis, and customer proposals (shouldn't this be the sales department's work?).
3. Working hours end at 17:30. Sorry, but meeting times just happen to be at 17:30. This is absolutely not intentional, hehe.
