You can tell during the interview that the company likes to exploit its employees. The graphic designer is also expected to handle planning and is pressured to meet performance targets—tasks that have nothing to do with graphic design. If you refuse to do them, they try to force you out (so they don’t have to pay severance). Employees cannot have personal leisure time after work because overtime is frequent, yet no overtime pay is provided. This company is part of the Lunhua Group, which has such extensive resources, but during the interview they repeatedly emphasized that they hoped you would share the burden during difficult times when discussing the salary.
