I hope HR and the boss can communicate thoroughly. Being told upon arrival that I had to do a half-hour sketching test was fine, but the conclusion after the interview was, “I feel that you lack relevant work experience and cannot handle fashion design.” Shouldn’t HR have filtered this out before sending the interview invitation? I suggest that only people with relevant experience go to the interview, so as not to waste time.
