1. My direct supervisor has a strong theoretical foundation and is very willing to share their knowledge. They seem like a supervisor I could learn a lot from.
1. During the interview, you are required to provide detailed information about your previous job’s base salary, meal allowance, year-end bonus, transportation allowance, the month and amount or percentage of your last salary adjustment, the month and amount or percentage of this year’s salary adjustment, whether there were promotion opportunities, and the positions you might have been promoted to. HR will ask about and verify this information again during the interview.
2. At the beginning, you must take English and logic tests. The English test includes listening, but the testing environment was very poor. I could clearly hear the interview conversation in the room next door throughout the test; the conversation next door was clearer than the listening test itself, and my complaint had no effect. They would not tell you the scores for the English and logic tests at all. Even after I asked three times, I was still refused.
3. Applicants are required to provide detailed salary information, but their own test scores cannot be disclosed to them. The information exchange is extremely unequal.
4. The company made a profit, but the bonus paid last year was very small.
