Pros
The company takes on client projects but also has its own products
One of the few companies in the industry willing to train newcomers (according to the CTO)
No culture of working overtime (according to the CTO)
Cons
I must have demonstrated my abilities well during the interview, since I was given a verbal offer on the spot. However, the company still haggled over the salary afterward, so I ultimately did not join.
