“Technical allowance”... has nothing to do with the technical skills you learned....

As long as you don’t often work overtime and don’t know how to flatter people... the supervisor may take it away at any time...

During my employment, I encountered three colleagues who had their technical allowances taken away by the supervisor because they didn’t work overtime and often took leave.

There was also one person who was exceptionally good at slacking off and chatting, yet knew nothing; their technical allowance was actually at the highest level...

In short... learning more is useless... that place does not value technical skills... it only cares about whether you work overtime and whether you know how to curry favor with and flatter your supervisors.
