No advantages
The pay is even lower than working part-time at a convenience store. They push outsourcing costs as low as possible. The head of the game development department leads by example, coming to work at noon, and has managed to offend almost every department head. They only like people who are obedient. Someone who has worked there for seven years earns less than people who flatter him, and they do not pay severance on time either. Instead, they find ways to ostracize people and push them into wanting to leave on their own. The planning team is down to one person, and you never know when they might walk out. People who like the environment depicted in *Empresses in the Palace* can go in and experience it for themselves. If you want to make games, please do not join and harm both yourself and others. The only thing that could count as an advantage is that they do not force employees to work overtime.
