Pros
They are very polite to interviewees. HR and the manager come to the first-floor lobby themselves to conduct the interview and proactively explain the job duties, salary, benefits, and other details.
Cons
The salary calculation method is very strange: it is based on a daily wage of NT$800 multiplied by the total number of days in the month (e.g., NT$800 × 30 days / NT$800 × 31 days / NT$800 × 28 days).
